6 Resistance Band Back Exercises

In this back workout, I teach you 6 different resistance band back exercises. You will feel these exercises in your upper, middle, and lower back. The best part is that all you need is one resistance band.

The following is a list of the exercises you will learn today, row to the chest, supported single arm row, land mine row,  band pull apart, and bent over alternating isometric row. This workout is a follow-along workout. It will take about 15 mins to complete. You will do the exercises for 30 secs on and 15 Secs off.

Do all back exercises train your back the same way?

These back exercises isolate different spots.

Your back is comprised of several different muscles. The best way to tone and strengthen those muscles is to isolate them by doing exercises that target each muscle. These resistance band exercises are meant to activate each one of your back muscles. You will feel it everywhere.

No, but these resistance band back exercises are great.

Is it necessary to do all of these resistance band exercises? No, it’s not and you will definitely still see results if you only do some of the exercises. However, this workout does target all of the different muscles in your back. That being said, I strongly recommend trying to do all of these back exercises.
