Conclusion to Chest Workout with Resistance Bands

What this chest workout doesn’t cover.

The goal of this workout was to teach you a few different exercises you can use to train at home. However, it is far from perfect. For example, I didn’t include any lying pressing movements. Lying pressing movements such as bench pressing are one of the best exercises for your chest. I recommend you follow one of the links I posted above to help you with learning resistance band lying chest press exercise.
