Do you struggle with sticking to a fitness goal or weight loss plan? You aren’t alone! There are many times I have personally struggled with my goals and fitness journey. From marathon running to weight-lifting, there has been times in my personal journey where I’ve f****d up.  But, I never gave up and after much research and reflecting on the principles of stoic philosophy, I’ve developed the Total Body Training Rules for Success. These rules are a based on many things and aren’t completely original, but we all borrow, repurpose, and re-tell things that work for us.

Because this is a health and fitness related podcast, these rules were developed with this in mind. But, you may find these rules applicable to your every day life.

These seven rules came about through my trials and tribulations, and always in-line with my desire to be and do better for my clients and myself.   This list isn’t perfect, just like any fitness journey, but it has helped my clients have epiphanies about their own fitness journey.

These seven rules are ways are a guide for you to look at your life from a different perspective of fitness. It’s not just going to the gym, or eating the right food, your mindset is part of your fitness goal!  Do you consider the people you surround yourself as impacting impact your fitness goals?  They do!
