My clients are always having freakouts about new movements! I show some crazy stuff, but learning to squat or deadlift is tricky, especially if you’ve never done it in your life. Maybe you sit around a lot, or your chasing kids, or chained to a desk… this affects your workouts. You may fall into the trap of comparing yourself to advanced people and decide you CAN’T… before you EVEN TRY!
Don’t freak out, it’s OKAY and understandable you are having feelings about not being able to do it. Stay calm and wait to see if you can do it! Maybe you can’t do it right now… but you can, and will get it! I used to freak out about power lifting or power building movements too! Freaking out won’t help… just breathe. Next, be humble. Humility shows up when people are trying to learn things. Chill out, be humble, and accept the struggle and give yourself a break.
