FIT TIPS: Filming this episode of Fit Tips was a blast. In this episode we discuss MINDSET. Your MINDEST can either help you get closer to your FITNESS GOALS or hold you back. Carol Dweck, says there are two Kinds Of Mindsets. A FIXED MINDSET and A GROWTH MINDSET. She says, that everyone should strive to maintain a growth mindset. Having a fixed mindset will hold you back. I use to struggle with having a fixed mindset. It was something I struggled with for a long time. I was able to fix it and it changed my life. Its allowed me to grow as a person and as an athlete.
