Got that burger craving but don’t want to break the calorie/macro bank?  My lean burgers are super-tasty and accommodate all healthy meal plans. We’ve all been there… on a meal plan with a craving for delicious food.  I’ve spent a lot of time researching and fine-tuning my recipes to fit within my macros and still eat really hearty foods without feeling deprived. These burgers are a great example of how any recipe can fit in macros or made as a healthier alternative.

INGREDIENTS:

1Lbs Of Beef

1 Tsp of Salt

1 Tsp of Pepper

1 Tsp of Garlic Powder

1 Tsp of Onion Power

Spinach Greens of Any Kinds

Lower Sugar Ketchup

Recipe:

  1. Mix the Beef
  2. Add all of the Spices
  3. Mix the Beef with the Spice thoroughly so that the spices are evenly distributed in the beef mixture.
  4. Form beef into Burger Patties.
  5. Set Stove To medium low heat.
  6. Spray cooking spray on Pan
  7. Wait till the pan is warm,
  8. Add Burgers to pan
  9. Cook burgers to preference (its okay if they are a little pink on the inside)
  10. Toast Some Dave Killer Thin Slice 70 calorie Bread
  11. Decorate your burger however you like.
