These burgers are a great example of how any recipe can fit in macros or made as a healthier alternative.

INGREDIENTS:
1Lbs Of Beef
1 Tsp of Salt
1 Tsp of Pepper
1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
1 Tsp of Onion Power
Spinach Greens of Any Kinds
Lower Sugar Ketchup
Recipe:
- Mix the Beef
- Add all of the Spices
- Mix the Beef with the Spice thoroughly so that the spices are evenly distributed in the beef mixture.
- Form beef into Burger Patties.
- Set Stove To medium low heat.
- Spray cooking spray on Pan
- Wait till the pan is warm,
- Add Burgers to pan
- Cook burgers to preference (its okay if they are a little pink on the inside)
- Toast Some Dave Killer Thin Slice 70 calorie Bread
- Decorate your burger however you like.
