In this episode of Total Body Training, entitled How to Resistance Band Deadlift | Hamstring Exercises, I teach you how to work out your Hamstrings with a Resistance Band.

Conventional Deadlifts are one of my favorite exercises so I thought that I would teach you how to do them with a resistance band. This exercise will be really useful to people who do not have axcess to a gym or to a barbell. 

My preferred version of the Deadlift is the Conventional deadlift which is done with a barbell but some of us don’t have the time or the money to make it into the gym. So,  this exercise will help you still workout your hamstrings but without the traditional equipment.  So, Go ahead and watch the video and give them a shot.

To be honest with you, the resistance band Deadlift is harder then I thought it would be. I think you will be surprised at how effective these can be for your hamstrings, low back, and glutes.

One thing I failed to mention is that I strongly recommend that you stretch you do some hamstring stretches after working out your hamstrings. Or at least that’s something that has helped me.

Many of the hamstrings stretches that I do I learned while in a yoga class or from a friend of mine who does physical therapy. Anyways I hope you enjoy this exercise tutorial and Let me know if you would like to see more tutorials like this one!
