If you’re new to any type of training, you can sometimes think “man, am I ever going to get better at this shit?!?!?” When you start down this slippery slope, you fall into the trap of negativity! It can be really frustrating going through it, but there is good news… you can  get through it and come out stronger.  This podcast is for you, I’m going to tell you how to survive the suck and not fall into the comparison game.

What do you do when you’re in the gym and you see those people squatting a shit-ton of weight? Or when you see someone running on the treadmill looking all perfect and not winded?   What do you do then???? GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK! You just started, be gentle and honor the process.
