You will mostly feel it in your quadriceps and glutes.

This leg workout with a resistance band will active your quadriceps and glutes. The quadriceps are the top part of your legs. The quads run down the front of your leg. You will also feel this in your glutes which of course is your butt.

You will need a separate video.
