You really don’t feel like working out today, you’re exhausted and don’t have the mental energy to go work out. There will always be a time when you really don’t feel like working out, but I’m here to encourage you to just: GET UP AND GO!
Now, I’m not saying ignore emergencies… deal with those, but if you sit there and marinate on the “I don’t want to go” then you will talk yourself out of hitting the gym. I know from personal experience if I just sit down for too long, I eventually talk myself out of taking care of myself. Don’t hesitate or entertain the idea of not going, just get up and go work out!
If you feel like you don’t have time, or have less time than usual, just get up and get in the gym and do what you can that day. I never regret going to the gym or doing any form of workout, I alwaysfeel better after hitting the gym. Even my clients say they always feel better after working out.
I’m here to encourage you to just GET UP AND GO, next time you really don’t feel like going to the gym.
