Sydney has lost 15 pounds in 3 months and feels better, mentally, physically and feels healthier. It hasn’t been a huge amount of weight loss, she sees the progress and it keeps her going. Sydney’s energy level has improved in her strength training and her commitment to her diet and workouts. She makes sure she’s eating well, mixing things up and asking the right questions.
When Sydney first started, she expected to lose over 30 pounds quickly. But, going through the program she realized her body is different and reacts differently to foods. She came to a level of acceptance of her journey. Sometimes people don’t have perspective; it’s easy to point out what’s wrong instead of looking out what is healthy and safe.
Sydney loses 1-2 pounds a week steadily and has accepted this as a slow sustainable route. This isn’t some crazy crash diet, this is a sustainable diet plan that has steps and easily fits into your every-day life. Part of her success is seeking out new recipes that fit within her journey and trying new things!
We discuss how her friends and family are reacting to her health journey, how processed foods affect her now, and how she stays committed to being healthy and lifting heavy.
