Avery is on of my clients who has really incredible results. She’s lost 50 pounds and her secret to success is her consistencies with her workouts. Dedication and positivity has played a key part in her weight loss success. Avery discusses difficulty sticking with a program at home and how Total Body Training program has helped her keep her fitness goals.

The weight came on after Avery’s second child; she admits it was part laziness and part eating whatever she wanted. As the weight packed on, she got comfortable with the added pounds and covering her body. Her breaking point came when she saw herself in pictures with her family and it was a sad reality. This inspired her to find a program that works for her. Before December, she lost a lot of weight and we all celebrated it. Then by April I was like “WOAH” she’s changed! She talks about how her clothing style has changed as her body has changed. Avery’s found self-confidence through weight lifting, diet, and found peace with her self-image.

She found motivation at Total Body Training and the accountability of the group. People do better when they’re part of a group and have others to talk to about the struggles of working out.   Avery gets excited about going to work out and uses the class environment as a way to stay motivated.
