Today’s Client Spotlight will feature 3 of my top Total Body Training Power lifters. Edith Montoya, Hearin Neuner Brannock and Rachael V Morante. I chose these ladies for Client Spotlight because, each of them is working hard to get fitter and stronger. I The following will be a short review of each one of them and their progress.

Edith Montoya kicks ass! Seriously, about a year ago she had a baby and she worked out throughout most of her pregnancy. (FYI: Her doctor said that working out in moderation during her pregnancy would be good for her.)
She took a little time off right before and after having her baby Ximora. Edith came back from her pregnancy stronger than ever. Her secret is that she is super consistent with her workouts. She works out with us 5 days a week and is focused when she works out. She finished up this training cycle stronger than ever. Here are her final numbers from her peaking week of her strength block. Squat: 215 LBS./5RM Deadlift: 265 LBS./5RM Bench: 115 /5RM

Hearin Neuner Brannock is amazing! Hearins goal is to focus on her Powerlifting. Her desire is to go to competition and she definitely has what it takes to do that. You see, Hearing loves Power lifting. She enjoys the challenge of picking up heavy weights lol. That passion for the sport definitely shows! Hearin has a little bit of trouble this training cycle. You see, her hips and back have been giving her some trouble. She had to take it a little bit easy a lot of this training cycle but we still found ways to work around her injury. She ended her cycle with with a great PR. Deadlift 275 Lbs./5RM

Rachel V. Morante is incredible! She has excellent form and is here consistently. Not to mention that right before this training cycle, she got married!!! She had to take a little bit of time off from training but it was only a week. So, lets just say that when she started her last training cycle she was ready to come back with a vengeance. She really came back strong this time. Rachel has a really solid Bench Press form. She is our strongest female bench presser. Here is her numbers Bench Press 125 Lbs./5RM, Squats 185 Lbs. /5RM, Deadlift 220 Lbs./5RM

That pretty much it for now! Watch the video below to watch these ladies in action!
