No Matter What

If it hasn’t already happened one of these days you are going to drive up the gym, and simply not feel like working out. Maybe something in your personal life is stressing you out or maybe your just not in the mood to lift today. You might feel like turning around and going home. Which is understandable but you need to workout no matter what. That is right, no matter what. You might feel like going home but instead you need to Get up out of your car and head in and start working out. 9 times out of 10 your mood will change. Its sounds wild but It really is true. If you just get in the gym and start working out you will typically feel better instantly.

I want you to know that this happens to all of us. Even the most dedicated athletes have days where they don’t feel like training but they push through because they have goals of crushing their competition and being the best in their sport. They know that the moment they start training the will feel better. While getting in shape might not mean sigining a million dollar contract with an NFL Team, you do, have your own goal. Maybe yo want to get back down to a healthy weight. Or simply slim down so you feel more comfortable with your body, you have a goal that you too need to crush. So, don’t go home. Workout no matter what.

Here is the thing, if you go home now when will it stop? IF you go home just because you “aren’t feeling today” then I guarantee you that you will find yourself doing this over and over and over again. You see you this is a moment for you to teach yourself that your goals matter. And if you skip for no good reason then you are teaching your brain that your goals do not matter, BUT THEY DO! You want this, I know you do. So Don’t Go home. Head into they gym and start working out and I promise you wont regret it! Workout no matter what.
