Wellness Coach Interview.
Last week I did an Interview with Steve Verbeke and he mentioned that his wife Kimberly was a Wellness Coach. I remember thinking that I needed to sit down and have a chat with her about Wellness coaching. Directly after my interview with Steve, I ran into Kimberly at a supplement shop! I knew then and there that I had to interview here. So, we set up a time for the following week.

Kimberly Verbeke knows her stuff. During the twenty or so minutes that we spoke we covered several topics. We discussed; Why she became a wellness coach, functional medicine, adrenal fatigue, food as medicine and how to correctly add new habits into your life. I felt that each one of these topics could have been discussed in greater depth and maybe we can do that for a follow up episode.

I particularly appreciated Kimberly’s journey into becoming a wellness coach. Prior to starting to filming she went into depth about her personal life. She explained to me that a few years ago she started to get chronically fatigued. She simply did not feel like herself. You see, Kimberly is and always has been an Athlete. She has a background in marathon running and weight lifting. She has always been an active person but then one day she started to feel zapped of energy. Kimberly health was off and she knew it. She suddenly started gaining some weight, which was frustrating for her so she decided to consult a doctor. His diagnosis was not very helpful

The doctor ran some lab work and essentially told Kim that she was just getting older. They told it was a natural part of getting older but Kimberly knew better. Kimberly began investing time educating herself on health and wellness. She developed a passion for the subject. with time Kimberly’s health began to improve. She knew, that she wanted to help other people become healthier version of themselves and so she started K2 Cryospa with Steve Verbeke. Kimberly is now a wellness coach and she gets to give people the kind of solid advice they truly need to getting their health and wellness in order.

In this interview I returned to K2 Cryospa to speak with Kimberly Verbeke. She is the co-owner of K2 Cryospa and Wellness Coach. We went over what Wellness coaching is and how she helps people change their lives. There are so many little gems of Knowledge in the interview. I hope you enjoy it!
