Hey, People whats up ? this is yet  another workout Wednesday Video. We had some technical difficulties yesterday so we had to put it out on Thursday instead. I will try my best not to have that happen again. Anyways this is a pretty incredible Should, Arm and Ab workout. You will feel the burn from this workout. I feel strongly that regardless of your skill level you will get a good workout from this. Beginners will have some fun trying out some of these moves. Advanced athletes might have to modify the workout just a little bit but only to make it more challenging.  Whether your trying to loose weight or put on muscle this workout is sure to help you with your goals. I also, feel strongly that its important to study different workout regiments so that your workouts don’t get too stale. This workout is just a little snippet of what its like to actually train with me at Total Body Training here in the heart of San Antonio Texas. I imagine that some of you don’t live here in SA but that totally fine. You can still follow along with the workouts I am providing weekly for you.
