No, it’s no click bait… there are a bunch of ways for you to lose weight on your own. Without a trainer, nutritionist, or fancy meal plans. When people think about eating healthy, they typically think about expensive organic food. But, you don’t have to do that! I’m here to share some tips and tricks on how to eat healthy, lose weight all for FREE. Not everyone can afford going to the farmer’s market or eating all organic foods. There’s a better way, I’m here to share my opinion on how you can eat healthy with a moderate income.
I personally don’t buy everything organic, I’m more picky with meat, but you don’t have to do what I do! I’m just here to help you navigate to get the biggest bang for your buck but not sacrificing healthy. So how the hell do I lose weight for free???
Can’t afford a gym or trainer? Online! There are tons of workouts online, for free… there are all kinds of workouts available to you online. You just need to look around (check out our YouTube videos). Go outside and walk, do body weight workouts. You’re not going to look like a crazy body builder walking, but you will get fit, lose weight and get more exercise. Have you checked out if your apartment or community has a free gym?
Don’t complain… USE the FREE workouts available to you.
Nutrition programs are available, but can be costly. Don’t worry, if you don’t have the money to spend on a meal plan. You still have a free option… you can lose weight FOR FREE using MyFitness Pal. I hear this “well it didn’t work for me”, but did you really adhere to it? Did you invest the time researching the program and read through the website and what to expect? You will lose weight if you take a few moments to educate yourself. DON’T fall for the trap of crash diets!
I’m not saying this is a perfect plan, but if you get moving, study a bit on how to get better nutrition, and set your goal… you CAN lose weight FOR FREE!
