Total Body Training is a strength and conditioning studio, using safe, simple, and effective methods to show results. We take the guesswork out of your workout program by creating a custom, clear-cut, and easy to follow workout program based on your weight, body fat percentage, and fitness level. Each program is tailored to fit your specific needs and skill level. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or experienced athlete, you will be working at your own fitness level.

Our group fitness classes are located conveniently in San Antonio, Texas. Our programming is fun and dynamic; and we offer a lot of variety in your workouts so you don’t get bored!
Our customized and varied programming is intentional and prevents you from hitting a fitness plateau or wall! Come workout with us and experience the difference of customized and individualized fitness program!
Personal Training
In-Person Personal Training (By Consultation Only)
Consultation: We start off by discussing your goals and setting a clear object for achieving them.
CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT PLANS:
We create customized workout plan that is exclusive to you and your goals.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
Do you struggle with staying on track? If so, join our accountability program. Our trainers will text you every
day that you were scheduled to come in and work out.
Online Personal Training: (By Consultation Only)

We create customized workout plan that is exclusive to you and your goals.
WORKOUT AT HOME OR AT A GYM:
We build your plan based around the kind of equipment you have at home or in your local gym.
VIRTUAL TRAINING:
This is optional. We can train you live and online at your home or your gym using zoom or google duo.
