Our Studio
Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or fitness advanced, our workouts are customized for you, your skill level and fitness goals. Each client will get their own customized workout plan. Your plan will be found on the tablets that we supply you with in our classes. Your program varies daily, in order to help prevent boredom and fitness plateaus.
Strength & Group Fitness Classes :
Our strength training classes include classic workout movements to help you burn fat, tone up and build muscle. Having your own customized plan will allow you to workout in a group fitness class without feeling pressured to keep up with someone who is at a different fitness level that you. That means that you will always be working out at a speed that is right for you and your body. This is how you get the best results in the safest and most effective way!

Goal Setting
We set both short-term and long-term fitness goals, and your customized program will help us manage those goals. We will hold you accountable to your goals by helping you stay on track, motivated, and build a system of support. At Total Body Training, we will encourage and teach you how to achieve the body you have always wanted in a way that works for you!
No matter what the reason is that you joined Total Body Training fitness classes, you will find that everyone is here for their health. Why not invest in yourself and gain strength, burn calories and have fun while doing it?
Beginners
When you are a beginner, it can be intimidating walking into a new environment and try something you’ve never done. Don’t be afraid, we are here to help!
If you are new to fitness and strength and conditioning, you will go into our foundations program. This program is designed for us to assess your current fitness level. We will teach you the proper form and techniques for each movement. If you have pre-existing injuries, or are recovering, we will modify the workouts to your capability.
At Total Body Training we will always work to find the exercises and movements that best meet your needs.
Programming
We take the guess work out of your workout program. We create a custom, clear and concise 5-week workout program. Each program is based on the following; skill level, weight and bodyfat %. This will make your workouts more organized and productive. You won’t have to think twice about what you are doing because you will receive a spread sheet with all of your Strength work for the 5 Week Workout program. All you have to do is show up, and we believe you will.
Many people may start their New Year’s resolution at the gym but may not feel motivated and eventually not return or continue with a steady regimen. Many individuals have even injured themselves trying to work out on machines with the only help of the “how to” photo located on the machine. We are not saying to stay away from gyms but Jean Carlos and Pamela will work with you to correct your form and provide tips on workouts to perform at the gym.
